Founded in 2017 by friends Susanna Franyutti and Monica Torroella, Mezcal Reina brings authentic, high-quality mezcal from Mexico to the world. The brand celebrates mezcal crafted with care, ancestral techniques, and cultural heritage.

Most expressions use the ancestral method, entirely handmade, showcasing skill, artistry, and heritage, while the flagship Espadín is made using artisanal production methods, is more versatile, and consciously chosen to protect the land and preserve the species, while maintaining the same uncompromising dedication to quality.

Each bottle embodies their passion and the fine art of authentic ancestral Mexican production methods, reflecting their mission to share the true spirit and soul of Mexico, from everyday sipping to rare collectible expressions.
